The photo is a street scene of lamp. This is a black and white photo by Ilse Bing made in 1952. I choose this photo because this high contrast of black and white stand out to me. The geometrical composition is very interesting. Part of the building is in the right corner it is almost making a square with the lamp on the left. the lamp is in the foreground it looks huge compare to the building because the building is farther. Overall it give me a feeling of a scene in an old movie.
