Wang Qingsong hand drew all of these posters and put them on the walls of a movie sound stage that he had rented. The posters were all hand drawn by himself. Each poster has a corporate logo on it that he drew. If you can see the people in front of the wall, you get this understanding of the sheer size of the wall. The artist is trying to show how there corporate world is taking over. He uses the size of the wall relative to the people as well as using the logos of what appears to be thousands of different corporations to convey this sense of overwhelming power that stems from these companies.
