You have a few shots that could benefit from a neutral density filter or dehazing, but overall, a strong collection of solid compositions and sensitive observations of people in the streets.
I really like candid photography because it captures a specific moment frozen in time and I feel that your images do that nicely. My favorite photos are the third one and the one of the couple holding hands while walking across the street. The composition and color are very strong in the third photo, I like how the pink neon light illuminates the man and the sidewalk. Likewise, the photo of the couple is well composed and you captured their movement well.
This book does a very good job showing Bethlehem in different areas. Throughout the book there is a whole bunch of people celebrating Saint Patrick’s day and their interesting way how they react to each other but one of my favorite photos had to be the dog and horse getting to know each other by sticking out their heads to sniff one another.
