Hello! My name is Lucy Tesman. I am a senior and I am a graphic design major with a studio art and computer science minor. I am from Carlisle, Pennsylvania but I will be living off campus during the semester. I love all mediums of art and have studied/practiced most major mediums, except for photography, which is why I am taking this course. I have taken graphic design 1, 2, and 3, painting 1 and 2, drawing, 3D design, Fusion, and multiple art history courses. I am including 5 pieces that I have made over the last couple years. I am very excited to take this course, this semester!

You really have a strong sense of pattern. Are you interested in textile design too? You can use your photography to design textiles. It is not what we do in this class but I could give you an extra assignment or even a 1-credit special topics in photo based textile design half way through the course. Just a thought.
