This is a tutorial I’ve used before as I’ve been attempting to teach myself to animate through Photoshop. This tutorial helped me figure out the tools I need in order to do so and where to find and create the necessary visual panels to animate properly. I was also able to learn how to set the timing properly for the frame by frame.
