Robert Capa – BARCELONA. 1936.

Capa was known to take pictures during war times. The photo above is from the Spanish Civil war. He is said to have hated war and would produce many photographs which turned into symbolic photographs for war. He was eventually killed by stepping on a landmine in China.

The photograph above shows a woman in panic heading to a nearby shelter as the bomb sirens were playing. The running dog and the blurry background create a sense of panic within the photo.
