After discussing in class our book assignment and looking at the examples posted, I think that I have a better understanding of how the book and the story behind it can be combined into something beautiful. After listening to Vincent Laforet’s TedTalk on his photo book air, I understood how these were so much more than cityscapes and lights, but rather a story and emotion. His moments and images have inspired me to become invested in my theme which is “turning to spring”. I hope that I can do a good job of depicting this by capturing weather changes on campus.
