To get this effect that everything looks like a toy the shot must be taken from a high vantage point looking down on whatever your subject is also there needs to be a special lens on it to distort the photo but my favorite part about this photo is how the smoke looks like cotton even though this event is real but it proves to show how effective this technique is to even change how we perceive certain things.
