Wellness

The reason why I picked this photo is because wellness in my eyes is someone who is physically capable of utilizing their body without any restrictions and this is a good showcase of wellness because someone who has issues with their body will not be able to do a backflip but wellness does not mean you have to be fully capable of moving. If a person is in a wheelchair my definition for wellness for them is being able to use their upper body to the max.
